Terms of Service

cutoutpic removes backgrounds from images. The free preview runs inside your browser and returns a resolution-limited result; full-resolution export is processed on our servers and billed in credits.

• One successfully processed image costs 1 credit. The free preview costs nothing.
• Failed jobs are not charged. If processing fails on our side, any credit already deducted is refunded automatically and the refund appears in your ledger.
• Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over; credit packs bought outright never expire. Subscription credits are spent first.
• You cannot be overcharged. If your balance is insufficient, the request is refused outright — no debt, no partial charge.

• You can cancel your subscription yourself from the account page at any time, with no need to contact support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and credits remain usable until then.
• Upgrades take effect immediately, with the difference in credits granted right away.
• Downgrades take effect at the next period. We do not reduce an allowance you have already paid for.

Orders we could not deliver because of a service fault are refunded in full. Other refunds follow the statutory rights of your region at the time of purchase. Because payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record, refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Once a refund completes, the corresponding credits are reclaimed; credits already spent are accounted for as consumed.

Images you upload remain yours. We do not use them to train models, display them publicly, or provide them to third parties. Files created by paid processing are deleted automatically once the retention period ends.

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts that breach it may be suspended or terminated, and unused credits are not refunded in that case.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. For indirect loss caused by an interruption, our liability is capped at the amount you actually paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We notify registered users in advance of material changes to these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
