Privacy Policy

With the free preview, the image is processed inside your browser. It is not sent to our servers and we cannot see it. This is not a promise about our conduct — it is a technical fact: the segmentation model is downloaded and run on your device.

Only when you actively choose full-resolution export (a paid feature) is the image uploaded to our object storage for server-side processing.

• Account information: email address and password. Passwords are stored salted and hashed with argon2id; we cannot recover your original password.
• Transaction and credit records: orders, subscription status, every credit movement. These are financial records; retention is covered in section 4.
• Images processed on the paid path: the original you submit and the result, used only to complete that job and let you download it.
• Technical logs: request time, IP address, error details. Used for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Credentials and image contents are redacted automatically.

We use no third-party advertising trackers and sell your data to no one.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Creem as registered merchant of record, and your card number stays within their systems. We only receive the fact that an order was paid, plus the order identifiers we need.

• Images and results from paid processing: deleted automatically when the retention period ends (currently 24 hours). Download links stop working after that.
• Account information: kept while the account exists, erased when you delete it.
• Transaction and credit records: an anonymised version is retained after account deletion to meet financial and tax obligations. It contains no email, password or image.

You can view your balance and full credit ledger at any time from the account page, and delete your account yourself. Deletion removes your images and personally identifying fields; we state exactly what is retained before you confirm.

If you are in the EU or the UK, you additionally have rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing and data portability. Contact us to exercise them.

We use a single necessary cookie to keep you signed in. It is httpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. Using the free preview while signed out sets no cookie at all.

If this policy changes materially we update the "last updated" date on this page and notify registered users by email.
