Using cutoutpic means you accept this policy. Together with the Terms of Service it forms the agreement between you and us.
1. Explicitly prohibited uses
You may not use the service to process, generate or distribute:
- Face manipulation: face swapping, face replacement, expression transfer, deepfakes, or any processing intended to alter another person’s facial features or identity.
- Someone’s likeness without consent: processing a person’s likeness for commercial, misleading or impersonating purposes without their explicit permission.
- Adult and sexualised content: pornography, sexually suggestive material, and any sexualised content involving minors — the latter we report to law enforcement unconditionally.
- Violent, hateful or harassing content: material promoting violence, discrimination or hate speech, or used to harass a specific person.
- Intellectual property infringement: processing copyrighted material you neither own nor are licensed to use.
- Circumvention and abuse: bypassing usage limits, automated farming of free quota, or unauthorised load testing or scanning of the service.
To be clear: background removal only produces a transparency mask and does not alter facial pixels, so processing photos that contain people is allowed. What is prohibited is use intended to change facial identity.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for everything you submit and represent that you hold the rights to process it. Because the free preview runs inside your browser and uploads nothing, we do not and cannot review content on that path; that does not reduce your responsibility.
3. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy without prior notice, and reserve the right to report serious breaches to the competent authorities. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is terminated for a breach.
4. Reporting
If you find someone using the service in breach of this policy, contact us. We act once we have verified the report.
